This policy explains what information Braxton IT collects through this website and how we use it. It does not cover the systems we manage for clients, which are covered by each client’s service agreement.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, the number of people in your office and your message. Our website host records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare an IT review and to keep this website secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Our website host and our email provider process this information on our behalf. We share it with nobody else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form messages are kept for 24 months or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@braxtonit.com. We reply within 30 days.
