Switching takes four weeks, and we make the call to your old provider
Week 1
Walkthrough
A technician visits, lists every laptop, account, printer and password vault, and writes down what hurts.
Week 2
Handover
We collect admin access and documents from your old provider, so you never have that conversation.
Week 3
Baseline
Multi-factor sign-in, backups, patching and endpoint protection go on every seat, and we fix the worst three problems.
Week 4
Go live
Your team gets the help desk number, and your first monthly report arrives at the end of the month.
Priced per person, per month
Every plan includes unlimited help desk tickets and remote fixes. Minimum 20 people. Month to month costs $20 more per person.
Onboarding is a flat $1,500, waived on a 24-month agreement. Hardware is quoted at cost. No per-ticket fees.
A 64-person architecture office, 90 days after switching
In June their Mondays started with a queue: a shared drive behind a VPN nobody could remember, eleven laptops still on Windows 10, and backups nobody had tried to restore.
We moved the drive to SharePoint in week two, replaced the laptops in week three and ran their first restore test on day 25. The report on the right is what their office manager got on September 1.
