Braxton started in 2013 with one technician and one law firm. Today we look after 31 offices across Indianapolis, from Fountain Square to Fishers, and we still answer the phone ourselves.
Why Braxton exists
Sam Okafor spent six years as the only IT person at a 90-person law firm. He learned that offices do not need more technology. They need someone who picks up, writes things down and tells them the price first.
That is still the whole idea. Every client has a named lead, every ticket has a note, and every month ends with one page that says what happened.
